Hi, guys!!! How are we all the Wednesday evening? 

What a fablous day today in Galway cold but sunny and no rain in sight!!! So to keep these sunny vibes going I have a great product on my blog today that may be new to most of you, it was a newbie to me have a little read. 

Today's brand focus is on a very interesting Skincare range from a brand that's really new to me dōTERRA, A latin Derivative meaning GIFT OF THE EARTH.  Founded in 2008 by a group of health care professionals who all had a common vision of bringing a high-grade range of essential oils to the world!!! 

For an oil to be CPTG Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade the oil must be: 

Pure and natural, with aromatic compounds carefully extracted from plants

Free from fillers or artificial ingredients; no dilution of active qualities

Free of contaminants, pesticides, or chemical residues

Rigorously tested for standards of chemical composition

All of the info above I found on the brand's excellent web page http://www.doterra.com/en loved learning and researching  a new product and listening to Dolores speaking so passionately about the brand I knew I was on to something amazing!

So how did I manage to get my hands on this exclusive brand?? My lovely blogger buddy Dolores aka https://holisticmummy.wordpress.com/ very kindly gave me the Gorgeous Invigorating Scrub with Yummy Peppermint and Grapefruit essential oils to try out, knowing my slight obsession with all things skincare. This scrub is divine and if I had to pick an essential oil as my go to its usually pepermint..mint in general I just love!! everything from herbal tea to chocolate! This scrub has that really refreshing feeling and has a sweet smell which would be the grapefruit. Delicious! The peppermint really leaves a lasting cool feeling on the skin afterwards..it feels really fresh The scrub itself isn't harsh or drying on the skin, so I would recommend it for all skin types as it has a quite thick balm as a base for the scrub. Massage this balm into the skin for about 1 minute and rinse with warm water..as always its great to follow a scrub with a lovely facial mask for the full spa effect!! It's the perfect time of year to take some me time guys!!!
